		<description>Looks like a huge list! Of these things, how often to you plan on doing them? Ie: Will some be a one off thing, or will they require recharging - will you be open to modification of these practices as you travel - or will you see yourself developing new ones? I like that some seem highly practical and quick to do but can carry a lot of innate intent.
